Treatment Reviews
Intake
This can be set up by calling or visiting the clinic. You will be emailed a HIPAA compliant link for you to fill out necessary preliminary information about your child and family. It allows you, as the family, and us as the provider, to determine if Hope ABA is a good fit for your child. From there we will then guide you through the process of obtaining necessary paperwork to determine eligibility for services. Once approved for services, we will begin the assessment process. If it is determined that Hope ABA is not the best fit for your family, we will assist you in identifying other resources for your child.
Assessment
Once approved for services, an appointment will be made for you and your family to come into the clinic for a formal assessment. The assessment includes interviews with family members, observation of your child, filling out required paperwork, discussing the services agreement, and approving services for your child.

Once your insurance company approves our recommendations, a schedule will be built based on your child’s needs.

Once our assessment meeting is completed, the BCBA will submit a completed treatment plan to your insurance company. This will include recommendations for goals and service hours based on the information gained during the assessment.
Treatment Reviews
Once your child begins therapy, there will be periodic reviews throughout your child’s treatment. This helps keep you informed to ensure your child is meeting goals and sustaining progress. Your involvement during therapy and during these treatment reviews will be paramount to receiving ongoing treatment for your child.
